SAROAD South Africa Coordinator
Sivuyile Manxoyi Manxoyi currently serves as the Education and Communication Officer at the South African Astronomical Observatory, where he is involved in the SALT Collateral Benefits Program. With a background in teaching, his work now centers on science communication, education, and outreach initiatives aimed at helping to transform historically underserved communities in South Africa. His approach to science education was shaped in part by a visit to the United States to take part in the Wisconsin Teacher Enhancement Program at UW–Madison, an experience he found inspiring and professionally influential.
