Tebogo Mogaleemang is a Botswana-based engineer, entrepreneur, and founder of Spectrum Analytics, a technology company that helps organisations derive value from data through analytics, infrastructure solutions, and AI-driven services. He leads a multidisciplinary team focused on helping enterprises modernise their digital capabilities, improve decision-making through data insights, and innovate with emerging technologies across sectors. Mogaleemang holds a Master of Engineering in Electronics with a specialisation in Telecommunications from the University of Southampton. Before founding Spectrum Analytics in 2017, he worked in research, academia, and telecommunications engineering, gaining experience that shaped his focus on applied technology and problem-solving. He is also active in advisory and community roles, regularly speaking and writing about entrepreneurship, STEM innovation, and lifelong learning, and serving on advisory boards for business and education initiatives in Botswana.
